“Kheee! First, build throne. Then take rocket. Kheee! Some of my shiny friends help me. What time is it? Scuttle-and-bustle time. Kheee! The sun is hot. But the throne is cool. Khee-akaahhh-kuhhh... oh, me insides don't feel right. Sleepy time. Kheee!”— Roach King, Fallout 3 Official Game Guide
The Roach King is a hostile inhabitant of the Capital Wasteland in 2277.
Background
As the name suggests, the Roach King has somehow tamed radroaches and has thus become their "king". The Roach King's throne is located northeast of Minefield and directly west of Temple of the Union, due north of the Regulator HQ. It is made up of tires, a regular chair, a clock and a play rocket as usually found on playgrounds.
