The hierarchy of the Pack is based on wolf packs, with the leader being referred to as the 'Alpha' They follow rule of 'survival of the fittest'. Like with certain animals, think for example of peacocks, they use their colourful and outlandish looks to boast.
It is common for its members to challenge the reigning Alpha to win the title, which ends with the winner remaining as the dominant of the Pack, this usually means that the Alpha is the most violent member, but not the most capable leader. As Pack law forbids killing other members, the losers are generally shamed and then exiled.
The members are identifiable by their colorful outfits and bizarre face paints. Most members wear masks depicting an animal.
The Pack members are canibals too or at least some of its members perform acts of cannibalism, besides this they obviously feed their not herbivorous animals with human remains, the evidence of this facts can be found inside the Nuka-Town backstage.
The Pack are one of the gangs the Sole Survivor can choose to help during the Nuka-World add-on. They can do odd jobs ranging from slavery to murdering informants of other factions, and help give them new territories around the park as well as giving them settlements in the Commonwealth. Depending on the ending for the raiders; they can either remain allies or end up being the final bosses with the Operators and the Disciples helping you eradicate them.
Alternatively, they and the two other raider groups can be destroyed in Open Season.
