Collect all issues of the Islander's Almanac magazine.

It's possible that after collecting all of the magazines the Achievement won't unlock (possibly by not having all in the inventory at the time or the rest at a commonwealth settlement).[verified]
- A quick fix is to drop all the copies of the Islander's Almanac and pick them back up.
