The Great House of Lod is a miscellaneous item which was cut from the final version of the Fallout 3 add-on, Point Lookout.
Characteristics

It uses the junk item icon in the Pip-Boy, and the world model of a ruined book. It has a script attached which seems to imply that it was used for LOD (Level of Detail) testing.
