The Crow's Nest is a location at the Divide in the Fallout: New Vegas add-on Lonesome Road.

Background

The Crow's Nest appears to be a sniping post most likely used by NCR riot control to keep coverage of the High Road. It may have been an office building at one point. It has since then collapsed on the far side and the remaining ghoulified sniper camped there has either been killed or has died from other causes.
LocationEdit
Located on the High Road. If you start at the beginning of the road and walk along you will come to a point that is two collapsed buildings leaning over the highway. This is a location where you must detonate a warhead in order to proceed. Facing from the start of the road on the left side will be arrows pointing up toward some wreckage. Climb this to find the Crow's Nest. There are multiple active satchel charges on the two bridges connecting the building you climbed up and the other. Caution is advised as they can easily blow you off the platform.
LayoutEdit
A Ralphie poster for the Feel Like A Kid Again challenge is on the back wall of the nest. Be wary approaching as there is an armed satchel charge which is difficult to disarm, near the center of the platform, hidden behind the lip of the concrete.
Notable lootEdit
- Advanced riot gear found on the dead NCR Riot Control officer.
- Ulysses' logs: Y-17.16
- Tumblers Today in a box between the duffle bag and metal box. This is replaced by 2 magazines as of patch 1.4.0.525, and a powder charge will sometimes scatter them a short ways.
