Testacles the Debug Centurion is a "cut" non-player character that is still present in the game's files of Fallout: New Vegas.

Behind the scenesEdit

• His name is pronounced "Teh-stah-kleehs", rather than "Teh-stah-kuuls" as some may think at first glance.
• His name is a reference to a debug character featured in another Black Isle/Obsidian game, Planescape: Torment.
• In Van Buren, there is a character named Testocles who simply berates the player, after which the player can counter using a skill above 5.
