Test Subject 1 is a lobotomite living in Big MT. He was experimented upon within the Y-17 medical facility before finding himself released.
Background
Test Subject 1 is a unique lobotomite that appears to be the "leader" at The Cuckoo's Nest. He is fixed at the maximum level of 50. As a result, he is relatively strong compared to the other lobotomites when the Courier is at low levels, but is identical to other lobotomites once the Courier has reached higher levels.
