Background
A unique lobotomite that would appear to be their "leader" at The Cuckoo's Nest, and, perhaps, the first lobotomite created by recent Think tank activity. Although being unique, Test Subject 1 still strongly resembles any other lobotomite, lacking any significant stat boost compared to the standard lobotomite.
Test Subject 1 is fixed at the maximum level of 50, whereas all other lobotomites are set at the player's current level. As a result, Test Subject 1 is relatively strong compared to other lobotomites when the player is at low levels, but is identical to them when the player reaches very high levels.
