Description incorrect[]

First of all, this page contradicts itself three times. Secondly, all three times are wrong (including the "Bugs" section). As of this writing (version 1.2) the actual effect of this perk is that AP regens +50% when AP falls below 25 points (not a percentage and HP doesn't enter into it). At least, according to FO4Edit. The "effects" section on the right claims that it regens AP +25% when HP falls below 25%. The "effects" section of the main article claims that it regens AP +25% when HP falls below 25% of maximum (which would be 75%, thus contradicting the previous claim). The "Bugs" section has the closest to accurate claim as it correctly says the regeneration only occurs when AP falls below 25 points, but fails to mention the regen is +50%. For now I am not updating this article as I assume this will be addressed in a patch soon and we will then know how this perk is really supposed to work. -- DeJuanNOnley (talk) 13:20, December 28, 2015 (UTC)

Also, I'm not convinced the bug is in how the effect works. Look at the info in FO4Edit, it appears that the perk is working as designed, and that the bug is in the description. Quote: "Regen AP faster when low" which seems to indicate the actual behavior is be design. -- DeJuanNOnley (talk) 13:27, December 28, 2015 (UTC)

Verification[]

On PC, I opened up this perk in the Creation Kit: Cait's Perk The perk adds the constant spell "CompCaitAbility" or "Regen AP faster when low". The magic effect used is the re-gen AP rate, with the condition that the player's AP be below the value (not percent as far as I know) of 25.0. The 0.5 magnitude is the re-gen 50% faster part. Since this is a constant effect with no duration, it is always on the player, waiting for the player's AP to drop below 25 (possible over and over and over, depending on play style). This is as of Fallout4.exe 1.7.12.0 in Aug 2016. And according to DeJuanNOnley has been in effect since 1.2. So I'm not sure the coded effect will ever match the string in the description field. --Demonofsarila (talk) 21:37, August 14, 2016 (UTC)
