Tony and Deb stuck[]
Tony and Deb usually get stuck standing at one spot looking at each other without going back to their counters. They are like Tina meeting with Holt in Vault 81, but Tina and Holt don't get stuck. Certain time past Deb may return to her counter but Tony normally still get stuck. This usually happens if you visit Bunker Hill on foot i.e. without using fast travel. If the settlement is under attack he could run outside the compound to attack the attackers, but stay at one spot outside after the fight and doesn't come back in. You need to get close to him and "nudge" him to slowly get him back in.
The only way I know to fix this is to use fast travel to visit Bunker Hill at certain time, or rent a bed with Tony and sleep in it. Certain time past sleeping might reset his AI. For example if you sleep till around 8:00 pm or fast travel to Bunker Hill around that time he might reset and get back to his counter. Just maybe.
