• A grand total of six exist in Tenleytown/Friendship Station. One lies next to a dead Mercenary, Five more are on shelves and crates in the subway tunnels.

• There are four on the maintenance table in the room just outside Roy Phillips's "bedroom" in Warrington Station, but they must be stolen.
• National Guard Depot, Minefield homes, Super-Duper Mart, RobCo Facility, VAPL-58 Power Station, Robot Repair Center, Bethesda Offices West, the Southern Shack in Evergreen Mills.

• Hubris Comics, in the large room where you fight ghouls. There's a couple in the small corner room opposite Johnny's post. There are two more in a hallway with a few traps hidden within the rubble.

• Dunwich Building. Deep inside. Look for the closets and shelves. There are 3 hidden within the building.

• Northeastern abandoned Shack at Clifftop Shacks

• There are several located on desks and benches inside the main part of the Corvega Factory.

Steam Gauge Assembly appears as random loot in New Vegas in Metal Boxes as well as possibly other containers. Therefor, most locations (the ones in containers) on this page are currently only possible spawns, not exact guaranteed spots.
