There seems to be an inconsistency on the article. For Harold Worthington's first complaint, it stats that the level is 3, which is a minor. Then, his second complaint is listed as a level 1, also a minor. Is it like this in-game? JimmyBassatti 17:50, June 25, 2010 (UTC)
