As in...

If you were wearing a disguise and wanted to assasinate a lot of people without being noticed, would this negate damge done on the enemy faction your disguised as? ( as one of the ways this perk is effecting ) The Hawk 20:29, October 24, 2010 (UTC)

I didn't find it that useful. I was using energy weapons and meltdown and lots of splash damage going on... but my companions still would end up dead from the damage if standing to close. If I could do it over again... well I wouldn't choose energy weapons for one, but I also wouldn't waste a perk on this. 76.198.70.129 04:23, July 4, 2011 (UTC)

You must've been doing some _really_ high-powered shenanigans. Or are you sure they weren't getting clobbered by deathclaws and the like? With Spray 'n Pray, I can toss MFC clusters, plasma grenades, pretty much anything short of a mini-nuke of some kind and my companions will shrug it off (I also had ranks of Demolitions Expert).
