I'm at the right place, I've actually seen the scripted event happen there before, but when I go up this time I only get the explosion. No scientist comes flying out of the truck. Anyone have any idea why this happened?
Finding the Scientist body[]
I must have tried to get the scientist at least 50 times, reloading and running to the truck over and over. Every single time I tried, the back of the truck exploded, but with no scientist flying out, ever. Then, on a different character, I tried something different. Every time in the past I approached the truck, I did so from the *south*. This time, I fast-traveled to Raven Rock, and followed the highway down from the *north*. Boom! He flew from the back of the truck just like he was supposed to! That could at least be something to try if you are having trouble getting him to spawn. I tried this multiple times all successfully (I had difficulty finding the body after it landed necessitating multiple reloads).
Another Scientist[]
Don't know if this was recorded yet, but I found another scientist body near the northern edge of the Capital Wasteland. There's a pond right up against a cliff with a large container on the other side. Behind the container I found a scientist, wastelander, raider(all dead), and a mattress. Another dead scientist[]
There is another scientist near The Radio Tower map marker. Hes in the map block to the right. Its bit tricky getting to the dead scientist. I don't have a pc so i can't take a snap shot. But its at the very top of the map, there will be a cavernous like cut through some rocks also at the bottom of a hill, at the top of the map, there is a Mire Lurk, and a wastelander. You can save the waster lander. To the right of that cut in the rock it's on top of the hill. The scientist was apparently smashed by a boulder, as only half of him sticks out in between ground and boulder. He has the usual sensor model, surgical tubing, and yellow radiation suit, also the dead body is named scientist.
THEY should take in the main article for this about there being "The last body can be found" because apparently they haven't all been found.
