i think saying "this is a nod to waterworld" is just stupid. besides being platforms floating on water, it has nothing in common with that movie.
i could say "this is a nod to the diving platform at my local lake" ... i mean really.
people are just trying way too hard.

Easy method to kill the Lakelurks[]
Because of the difficulty I faced exploring the platform, I decided to add a "notes" section detailing how I was able to kill the lurks in the area without them fighting back. Hope it helps.

Respawning 'Lurks[]
On two seperate playthroughs that have used the platform as housing they have never respawned, are we sure this happens? I'm not sure if it changes anything but I threw all of the bodies into the lake. --Cartman! 23:18, April 14, 2011 (UTC)
