Untitled[]

I've encountered something that may or may not be a glitch. I did all of the missions involving the brotherhood including Veronica's earlier in the game. I later killed everyone in the brotherhood using stealth and by hacking the terminal associated with the turrets and changing the targeting parameters. I was careful to avoid being seen so that this action resulted in a huge loss of karma but no loss in reputation with the brotherhood leaving my standing with them as "Liked." (I did not destroy the bunker itself)

So, sometime after killing most of the brotherhood, I decide to visit the safehouse to loot the new items from the latest patch 1.2. Paladin Sato happens to be there and immediately turns hostile towards me. Now since technically the brotherhood don't know who eradicated them (and I'm still "Liked"), shouldn't Sato remain friendly towards me?

I've noticed he enters and sleeps down in the bunker occasionally, anyone know if he will take anything lying around or in containers to use?

He hasn't taken anything that I've noticed so far. Might want to see if anyone with the GECK knows AR700SAW 12:45, October 29, 2010 (UTC)

This character is retarded[]

The article says after repairing your items you can pickpocket it all back, but every time he repairs my things he immediately walks out the door of the safehouse and disappears. In fact, sometimes if you wait for him to enter the bunker (like a few 24 hour waits) he will appear, and then promptly walk back out and disappear. When this happens, I can't get him to come back in no matter how many times I wait. TheFedExPope 20:37, November 1, 2010 (UTC)

The article is wrong. Even with 100 sneak and using a stealth boy it is impossible to pick pocket caps of any significant quantity. (5-10 tops) I’ve tried this repeatedly with him and Raul, you will never do it, period! If someone can show me proof that you can I’d love to see it! ReapTheChaos 06:00, January 18, 2011 (UTC)

It is certainly possible to pickpocket caps of any amount back from him. I did this throughout the game because I obsessively want all my items at 100% even if I have seven sets of it in my container haha. The likely hood of success however is EXTREMELY low and it is a dice roll. Your sneak skill doesnt really seem to matter all that much because of such a low percentage of success. To be successful you need to make a save directly behind him and just reload until you do it succesfully it is a dice roll so it can take 3 tries or a 100 but eventually it will work

Stealing mods[]

This may just be my bad luck, but I had a 44. Magnum with the Heavy Frame mod. I got him to repair it and the mod was gone, and the weapon was half broken. :O--124.179.235.221 14:03, December 3, 2010 (UTC)

List removed[]

I removed the list of non-repair clothing and armor from the main page. All the items listed were regular clothing items. None of the NPC’s will repair clothing. It has to have a DT (Damage Threshold) rating of at least 1 to be repaired by any NPC who does repair. ReapTheChaos 06:49, January 18, 2011 (UTC)

Then you should have removed ALL the references to the list as well. Read the article before making changes. Just sayin... 74.77.129.70 20:29, February 12, 2011 (UTC)

Reputation[]

The BoS Safehouse article says if you kill him, you do lose reputation, but this article says you don't. Which is it? --Wierdperson31 20:57, April 2, 2011 (UTC)
