I have had no luck, whatsoever, with locating this resource, nor does it appear to find any use within quests, whether main, side, or non descriptive. Would this happen to be a cut resource, or is it one of those pointless unique misc. items just lying about somewhere discreet? Some clarification would be nice, in case I still can't find it later. ^{Some Assembly Required!} 02:08, June 9, 2013 (UTC)
