Well, I've been watching AlChestBreach play Fallout 3 on YouTube recently. He's made note on one of his videos about the fact that RadAway is basically a huge pain to find and obtain. This was said while he had 0 RadAway (He used the last one and still had rads), but he had 16 RadX in his inventory. I'm inclined to agree with him. This raises a question: Should you just finish the Power of the Atom quest to get your house and the My First Lab just so you don't have to deal with radiation?--PrussianEnclave (talk) 05:06, December 12, 2013 (UTC)
On my first play-through right now, I currently have 11 RadAways to spare and I've not at any point been in dire need of more than I had on me, and I don't think I've actively bought/traded for more than a couple. --Freso (talk) 15:36, August 6, 2014 (UTC)
