Item disappeared from both location during playthrough (2010)

Rate of Fire and VATS cost

How many attacks/sec does a plasma caster make with the HS electrode? Also, does the HS electrode have any impact on VATS cost? Idhan 17:32, June 25, 2011 (UTC)
