SPOILERS - Quest Stages, Quest ID and Incompatibility with Mass Fusion[]
I am unfamiliar with how to approach inputting certain pieces of data into this page. However, I ran across an issue with the quest Mass Fusion. I wish to go deep enough into the BoS Storyline to make Danse turn away from the Brotherhood while remaining an available companion. I then wish to go down a different main storyline path without continuing the BoS storyline the rest of the way.
I've gotten far enough in the main storyline to get the quest Mass Fusion. Thus, when I try to give the Network Scanner to Proctor Ingram for Outside the Wire, she instead starts the quest Spoils of War and refuses to talk about anything else, including Liberty Reprimed. I tried refusing to bring her along on the quest, but she still talks about it rather than allowing me to say anything else.
As such, I discovered:
This quests's quest ID is BoS204.
You can complete it by setting it to stage 255.

I reset the quest according to the instructions in this article and it permanently broke the BOS questline. There was nothing I could do to get Spoils of War working again. 124.171.73.250 12:40, January 12, 2016 (UTC)
How to finish this Mission after Outside the Wire/Mass Fusion bug[]
To fix the broken BoS storyline if Outside the Wire can't be completed after starting Mass Fusion. Which in turns forces the BoS quest-line to fracture, if not break.
Personally, I was stuck with the holotape after starting Mass Fusion. After doing all of this, I was able to advance through "Liberty Reprimed" and start "Blind Betrayal". As well as Continue with "Spoils of War" without any problems.
- (ALWAYS SAVE BEFOREHAND) Go to Proctor Ingram at the airport and use setstage 0013c640 255, if you convinced Doctor Li, or setstage 0013c640 200, if you didn't. Follow Ingram, give her a wide berth as to not initiate a dialog with her (if you don't wish to start "Spoils of War" just yet.). When she finishes talking open the console and type:setstage 000ae51c 70. That will initiate the next stage of "[Liberty Reprimed]", see below for info on hearing the skipped dialogue. (at this point you can talk to Ingram to start Spoils of War)
- Once you talk to Dr. Li you'll have to set the next stage setstage BoS301 95, and player.additem 0002b4df Ingram may be off somewhere else, so it's best to go to Dr. Li on the platform, which is in front of the gantry housing Liberty Prime. Use the PRID command (below) to relocate Ingram to your character, if you wish to reset the spoils of war quest to hear the missing dialog.
- After finding the magnet and building the actuators, you'll have to set the next stage:setstage BoS301 140, and repeat the PRID command (below) for moving Ingram, and the command for the resetting of Spoils of War, to hear the missing dialogue.
- After returning from the Glowing Sea, go back to Dr. Li across from Liberty Prime and set the next stage setstage BoS301 200.Repeat PRID command if Irgram isn't there as she has dialogue there.Then the last command is setstage BoS301 255 and that is finally that.

- If you wish to hear the dialogue that you skipped by entering your last console command, I suggest (SAVE FIRST) talking to Proctor Ingram to start the quest, if you haven't already, THEN reset Spoils of War. Then you can initiate the "normal" dialogue with Ingram. Once your done reload your save and enter the console command to advance the quest.
Resetting Spoils of War will BREAK the BoS storyline. Use only with reverting to previous save, or if you're not siding with the brotherhood.
- To reset the "Spoils of War" quest, enter resetquest 000fdc8c then initiate dialog, once finished you can then reload your save and follow regular instructions. You'll have to do this for every quest stage if you want to play/hear the dialogue you missed.
- To recall Proctor Ingram to the player character's position type in console: PRID 0008b340 hit enter. Then moveto player.
