Oswald's Magic

Removed references to Oswald's abilities turning non-feral ghouls into feral ghouls. Given that other members of his band turned feral before he learned of abilities and there is no hard evidence of such a side affect, this notion is simply conjecture. --73.190.250.37 22:17, September 4, 2016 (UTC)

Second note removed. With his initial appearancr in smoke, Oswald states that the Ole Survivor would not br surprised by parlor tricks and proceeds to show him "real" magic. It can therefore be surmised that his appearance in smoke is illusory in nature. The questioning of the source of his healing powers could be included from his perspective, but it is clear from known lore that this is an uncommon side effect of radiological exposure.--73.190.250.37 22:25, September 4, 2016 (UTC)
