Are weapon spawns random? Because I definitely found a Flamer Weapon behind that locked door as well as 2 units of fuel. I was level 35/36 and it was the first one I found in the game that's why I came here to add it.

Nope, I found the Flamer as well. And I can verify at level 32 the Power Armor was indeed a T-45 with no helmet. (talk) 14:16, November 20, 2015 (UTC)

At level 44, the armor was also T-45 with no helmet for me.

Suggestion re: "Bonnie's Holotape"

It seems like the holotape "Bonnie's Holotape" is directly related to the "Miller Family Distress Call" radio signal: the man and two boys waiting for their mother to come home, waiting in the bunker at West Everett Estates... would mentioning this in the Wiki page be a "spoiler"? It doesn't really affect any quests etc., just a bit of backstory.
