Undroppable

Found 2 of this stuff at Clark Field, not knowing beforehand that you only need 1, if you don't have the 5 toy rockets. After completing Come Fly with Me with using the isotope, I still have the spare in my inventory not being able to drop it, as the game apparently doesn't lift it's quest item status after completing the quest.
