Goris' exact location[]

This article is rather vague on his location, is he in vault 13? or somewhere else? Just got FO2 running, so if I find him first I'll write it, if someone else knows, please clear the vagueness.Aryeonos 02:51, March 3, 2010 (UTC)

He's on the lowest level of Vault 13 --Anonymous (Talk) 02:54, March 3, 2010 (UTC)

Non Canon (probably), but cool anyways[]

I don't know if this should be added, but Goris also appears in Fallout: Nuka Break. Season 2, episode 3. Just thought it was an interesting tidbit to see this character brought to live action. In the episode he also references the "Chosen one" while speaking with Twig.

This wiki does not cover fan generated content in mainspace pages. Great Mara (talk) 06:14, January 14, 2015 (UTC)

Yeah I figured. Just thought it was a cool thing, which is why I only brought it up on the talk page. {{SUBST::User:Drayn/sig_ref}} 06:19, January 14, 2015 (UTC)

Goris' albinism. Evidence?[]

I was unable to find any mentioning of Goris being an albino in either the bible or the games. Raptormoses (talk) 14:32, September 13, 2020 (UTC)

Someone likely added that as their interpretation of his different color to other deathclaws; you can change or remove it if you want, as the color is from disease but from FEV. Devastating DaveZIP ZAP RAP 14:46, September 13, 2020 (UTC)
I was the one reaponsible for making the Russian version as a "probably complete" one at the moment, checking the original available English sources. Goris is indeed nowhere officially mentioned as an albino. Even if so, he is gray, not white/bright pink, as we all would expect from any creature with red blood IRL. Albinism IRL (while probably there isn't any other Fallout-specific different uswge of that term) means the lack of any skin (not only, but notably skin) pigmentation other than the one created with blood, bones or something like it, blood mostly. I suppose, if Goris is indeed an albino, it implies something like a theory, like deathclaws have a muscles with a substance making it so gray... I think, that we just don't have a solid ground to claim that Goris is an albino. More like only a different skin, probably caused by different FEV influence (explained only via Bible, by fact by Avellone quoting Deiley) --Кольт (talk) 22:05, September 13, 2020 (UTC)
Albinism doesn't necessarily mean white or bright pink skin/hide color: other tones are possible even if rare. Albinism can also result in only partial loss of pigment/discoloration. I do believe that there's enough reasons to think Goris is an albino, however I don't see much evidence. If nobody will provide, change is warranted. Raptormoses (talk) 09:36, September 14, 2020 (UTC)
Anyway, he is most probably nowhere claimed to be an albino (at least I was unable to find it). And besides... Fallout 4 regular deathclaws have skin colour closer to the Goris' one, than even the actual albino Fallout 4 ones. That further intends that, according to the current lore, Goris is even less likely to be an albino.
I quite don't understand why removing that evidence from the Goris' page was rejected with an exact comment, "there is no definitive proof of that [Goris being not an albino]". Just what kind of an evidence of non-existence is needed at all? --Кольт (talk) 19:56, September 17, 2020 (UTC)
