expansion/dlc

where is the expansion/dlc cell ids? I want to go back in the crawler

I think a description of cell IDs should be added to Form ID, the list of FO3 cell IDs be moved to a subpage of the Fallout 3 locations project and this page be turned into a redirect to Form ID. Thoughts? -- Porter21 ^(talk) 11:17, October 28, 2010 (UTC)

TestPhil

I'm looking for information on the "TestPhil" cells and I'm not getting any actual information, just the IDs. I'm playing on 360, and I'm looking for ways to get into these test cells. I've found plenty of glitches that lead me to believe there may be a way. I just need its actual data. How the map appears when inside, What the appearance just outside of the cell is, and How the quest markers line up while inside. If anyone could provide this information, I think I may be able to produce some results... Or at least say for certain that it isn't possible.
