Suggested DLC Loss Fix?

Somebody said they fixed it by reinstalling the DLCs, but how do you do that when the psn is down?


Actually i do not have the PS3 version but i know a lot about how the game works so i knew this would fix it, obviously if the DLC cannot be reinstalled then it can't really be fixed until PSN is back up. Sorry about that. Corvette3 05:40, April 27, 2011 (UTC)

Grenade rifle

I don't remember the grenades exploding on contact with solid surfaces before, when I got the one in Nipton before downloading the patch they'd hit the ground for a second before exploding when I tested it out on the crucified Powder Gangers. Great Mara 06:19, April 27, 2011 (UTC)

yeah, I'd like to know that too. since the new patch the almost mute ex-ncr sniper is making a nuisance of himself

Did they fix the Minigun?

Ive been waiting a while to finally use the minigun once again, but since I have the Xbox 360 I have to wait a lil while longer, did they fix the sound issues with it? Quest items & quests fixes

not sure, but I already hate this patch...for the 360, it just crashes the game everytime you try to load something up..even IF I download Dead Money again..fucking bullshit.. :/ -Zerginfestor


well apparently after hunting some save files, I managed to get one working on the 360, (3 save files below the most recent one) so its ok, im alright with I suppose (36 hours of gameplay gone..eh..gotta do a few quests then im back to where im at) but uh I gotta ask..is this good or bad? should I still wipe out the shit or keep it on?...-Zerginfestor

Their community manager has stated they are aware of the vast amount of problems 360 users are having and have claimed there is a fix to fix the fix on the way. Vendor Restocking Schedule change?

On Xbox 360, I've noticed the vendor restocking schedule has moved from Wed-Sun to Mon-Thurs. I wanted to confirm if this is a global update or if it's a bug within my game. Does anyone know if they fixed the 25mm grenade High explosive ammo problem yet?

Removing the patch

Deleting the patch from the hard drive seems to have returned my game play to how it was prior to the update. I haven't gone into Sierra Madre yet, but the level cap increase is still in effect, so I don't know yet whether I'll have to re-download it or not.

10x Weapon Mod Cost ?

Downloaded Twice?

Started the game today and got a message saying a new patch had been released at 8 MB, i downloaded it, but it seems like nothing have changed and there's no new updates on this wiki about a new patch so i've think downloaded this patch twice, anyone else done this? Stimpak killing poisoned companions bug.

I believe after this patch this has been fixed. Also before using this patch, stimpaks on hardcore healed companions a fixed amount, now it heals them over time. Can anyone else confirm this? Dustin81 04:36, May 1, 2011 (UTC)

Fatman not affected by Demolitions Expert anymore..

Fewer enemies?

I'm not sure if it's just me, but has the latest patch nerfed the number of enemies? I've noticed fewer enemies in a number of places, particularly Primm (only 2 escaped convicts outside instead of 5), the road to the REPCONN Test Site (no ghouls at all, no Nightkin corpses, only one ash pile and no Bright Follower corpses), and the number of Legionary Assassins went from 4 - 5 down to just 2. Can anybody confirm this?

I just played through that part and I only encountered 2 convicts on my first visit to Primm between the Bison Steve and V&V Casino. Weight mods

Seeing as this patch seems to mostly deal with weapon tweaks and fixes, I was wondering, did they fix the weight mods so that they actually reduce the modded weapon's weight now?

Am I just being stupid or hasn't Bethesda released the 1.3 version of the G.E.C.K. despite what it says on the page? I keep downloading the new version and my browser's (Chrome) download bar says GECK v1.1... Anyone else having this problem? Why is .44 SWC still bugged...?

ok I have the Community Bugfix patch which fixed this before this patch came out. Now that this patch is out it seems to be bugged again despite them saying they fixed it. I Have the Hand Loader perk yet cannot access .44 SWC. Anyone know if it's the Community Patch .44 SWC fix conflicting with the Official .44 SWC fix or something?? Rifle Tweaks seem Sensible and Balance

I like how they tryed to niche the Sniper rifles back into Sniping and deter people away from sniping with the Lever Action rifles by giving them all over 0.05 spread. I was guilty of abusing the Brush Gun pre-patch by using it for just about everything with it's -45.70 SWC rounds and 0.03 spread I felt real Sniper Rifles were obsolete compared to it (save for needing a silencer at times.) And at lower levels it was the Cowboy Repeater with it's spread decreasing .357 JFP rounds(with an already low prenerf spread of 0.04.) This really seemed to adress that.
