Observations

If you obtain a copy of the Elders slave collar key before leaving the bunker to complete the assigned objective, both the key and the collar automatically vanish from the player inventory. It automatically deletes the collar as part of a script similar to when cards are automatically deleted when purchased. This Explosive Collar also appears to be distinctly different from dead money collar and the cosmetic destroyed collar.
