If anyone asks Davison was mentioned in the Enemies new and old blog as it says near the end "Fight off the slithery and furry advances of the Nightstalker, then save some of your ammunition for the scatterings of Feral Ghoul settlements and encampments of blue Nightkin Super Mutants — and their lunatic leaders, Tabitha and Davison". Just incase anyone is wondering ^^ --Chiefsean16 Leave a message if you can be bothered! I don't get much visitors... 21:06, October 17, 2010 (UTC)

Could Davison be Tabitha's male alter-ego? Nitty Tok. 21:07, October 17, 2010 (UTC)
He might since in older info about Vegas it said Tabitha was gender confused. --Chiefsean16 Leave a message if you can be bothered! I don't get much visitors... 21:10, October 17, 2010 (UTC)
And insane. --CHIEF Talk to me 21:35, October 17, 2010 (UTC)

I went into Davison's room and he attacked me automatically, saying that Antler was claiming that I was killing Nightkin (Antler would be right, assuming it's not a delusion, but that's neither here nor there. It's also worth mentioning all the Nightkin in the area were hostile to me anyway) and had to die. He said nothing about me touching Antler. Is there a threshold for Nightkin killed before he becomes automatically hostile? Or is it because I found Harland first?

In response to the comment above, I'm relatively sure he becomes hostile if you kill Nightkin and speak to Harland before Davison himself. As for the article, though, can it actually be confirmed that Davison was once a part of some sort of military before being turned into a Super Mutant? Not sure about anyone else, but given the context of the phrase, I assumed he was simply a Captain of a Nightkin unit in the Master's Army. It makes more sense besides.

in the conversation with him he tells you the bit about being in the military and his name was davison, but he cant remember his first name.

as far as his hostility goes, the bug list says you can use a stealthboy and he will turn friendly and talk to you again, which is only half right.

i had killed all the nightkin in the place and went to davison, to which he immediately says 'antler says you the one killing all my kin and i must destroy you' or some such drivel.

i use the stealth boy and he is no longer hostile.

he wont attack me, even if im jumping up and down in front of him long after the stealthboy has dissipated, but all he will say is "head voices not like you" and other nonsense, refusing to interact with my character.

it doesnt have anything to do with companions either as i dont do anything with them. i leave them sitting in my hotel rooms at all times. i find companions i cant directly control annoying.

Is Davison's hostility actually a bug?[]

In my experience it does not appear to be a bug. He only attacks me if I kill more than two nightkins or messes with the skull. It can be avoided to kill his kin by using stealth boys and sneak. Both before and after talking to him. I have never seen this so called bug unless I just kill his kin. And then I kind of got he is pissed off. This would also fit with the reported speeches about being alone And killed nightkin etc. ~~ kilroy1975

There's really not enough info to go on to be 100% sure; however, the stated fix does not work if you did kill Nightkin (not sure about touching Antler) so I'm inclined to leave it in, just in case the bug is real and the fix can help someone. --Kris User Hola 13:43, June 3, 2011 (UTC)

Inspired by Davison and Antler?[]

In the Dawnguard DLC for Skyrim, there is a member of the Dawngard named Florentius Baenius who is constantly interacting with the god Arkay in a way that seems modeled closely on Davison's relationship with Antler. --174.6.51.17 23:00, March 8, 2013 (UTC)

All that says to me is that someone in Bethesda likes characters with paranoid schizophrenia. 74.58.253.155 05:32, November 17, 2014 (UTC)
