What counts for this?

Can somebody clarify what actually counts for this perk? The article states Ghouls and super mutants do, but I just killed 60 ghouls in a row and didn’t get rank one. Also I know super mutants cant count because there is already a challenge perk for killing them and they wouldn’t give a double perk like that. ReapTheChaos 00:58, May 29, 2011 (UTC)

It might have changed (bug) with a patch, though yes, super mutants did count toward multiple unlocks the last time I played. Try Fallout: New Vegas creatures and the Purifier (perk) page. Mictlantecuhtli 10:12, May 29, 2011 (UTC)

I've just cleared the Fire Geckos out of Nopah Cave and my Abominable achievement counter stayed at 9/50 the whole time. Can someone check whether or not killing Fire Geckos counts towards it? Also, the counter isn't raising for kills on the ones in the surrounding area outside. Great Mara (talk) 10:22, November 7, 2014 (UTC)

Same here, just killed a dozen fire geckos and nothing added to the count, also I don't remember them even being on this list last time I played through. ReapTheChaos (talk) 01:19, January 30, 2015 (UTC)
