Switzerland was a country prior to the Great War.

BackgroundEdit

The SIG-Sauer company is based here. Switzerland apparently had a bad relationship with exporting guns to the United States, as Buster complains about finding so few 14mm pistols, but so many buyers. The Hauer Premium manufacturer of 12.7mm rounds are Swiss.

• In the real world, Switzerland possesses a high level of preparedness for nuclear armageddon; a majority of buildings possess blast/fallout shelters and every city, town, and village is equipped with nuclear raid sirens. Most of the settlements (from big city to small village) have public "Zivilschutzbunker", lit.: "civilian-protection-bunkers" - built to withstand everything but a direct hit from a nuclear warhead- as well, despite the fact that it has been considered the world's most "neutral" country.
