Susan Lancaster is a former slaver from Paradise Falls who now lives in Tenpenny Tower as its resident "courtesan" in the year 2277.
Contents |
[edit] Background
Susan was a former slave that had escaped from Paradise Falls. Dialogue between Susan and Herbert "Daring" Dashwood reveals that she is carrying on an affair with the retired adventurer as well! Less surprising are the "visits" she has with the disloyal husband, Irving Cheng. She can also be found in bed with Doctor Banfield and Michael Hawthorne.
[edit] Daily schedule
In fact, Susan can be found in a different bed every night of the week between 10PM and midnight. On Monday she's in Wellington's bed, the Doctor has her both Tuesday and Thursday night, she's with Hawthorne on Wednesday, Mr. Cheng on Friday, and Sunday nights are spent with Herbert (perhaps Saturdays are Ladies Nights.) Even after moving in with Mr. Burke, she continues her weekly rounds, and never gets around to sharing a bed with him.
[edit] Interactions with the player character
She is one of the targets for enslavement that Eulogy put a special bounty on. If she is killed by Millicent Wellington you will still be able to complete Strictly Business by turning in the rest of the targets but you won't get the 250 caps for enslaving her. Also note that the same thing happens if you convinced Tenpenny to allow Roy Phillips to move in - Ms. Lancaster will be residing in Mr. Burke's quarters if you took the mediated approach (she didn't leave the tower.)

[edit] Notes
- A love letter in her room reveals that she is having an affair with Edgar Wellington II. Showing this letter to Millicent Wellington will cause her to murder both Edgar and Susan for their treachery.
- When Lancaster is in bed with a man she will always be found wearing Sexy Sleepwear.
- Tenpenny Tower quest is able to be completed peacefully even if Susan is enslaved at Paradise Falls. Simply talk to Tenpenny after all the other residents have conceded to moving out and he'll agree to letting the ghouls move in. as per usual, complete with reward.
- It may be worth a few chuckles to follow Susan Lancaster for a full 24 in-game hours (24 minutes in real-time). She will wander about Tenpenny tower, engaging in amusingly suggestive dialogue with nearly ALL of the male Tenpenny residents. Sometime between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM (the exact time seems to be random) she will spontaneously equip Sexy Sleepwear and proceed towards a male resident's room, where she will sleep in their bed alongside any occupants the bed may have.
[edit] Appearances
Susan Lancaster only appears in ''Fallout 3
[edit] Bugs
- Her corpse, strangely enough, may continue to change outfits following the above mentioned schedule.
- If you've captured several of the targets, Grouse will greet you, thank you for bringing in an NPC, then pay you your 250 cap bounty and issue a new slave collar. As a result, you can end up with several collars in your inventory, and as they are flagged as quest items, you cannot drop them. This bug does not seem to be related to possession of the key to The Box nor talking to a captured NPC (Confirmed on Xbox 360).
- In the PC version, if Susan Lancaster is caught last, the check box will not check, so therefore you can't finish the "Strictly Business" quest.
- Whenever you mezz her and take her outfit, another one comes back immediately but you can change her outfit by taking her old outfit and replacing it with a new one. (Confirmed on PC, PS3 and 360).
