While Lily is a companion, the duration of Stealth Boys is increased by 200% and all Sneak Attack Critical Hits do an additional 10% damage.— In-game description

Stealth Girl is a companion perk in Fallout: New Vegas.

Requirements[]

Gaining Lily Bowen as a companion requires traveling to Jacobstown and talking to Doctor Henry about his research on nightkin schizophrenia, triggering Guess Who I Saw Today. After elaborating that he wants to study night stalkers, he mentions that Lily had an interest in stopping them from attacking her bighorner cattle, giving one the option to talk to Lily and ask her to follow the player character.

After the quest is completed, Lily can still be kept as a companion.

Effects[]

When Lily Bowen is an active companion, the player character gains a 200% bonus to the duration of Stealth Boys (from 2 minutes to 4 minutes) as well as a 10% bonus to damage dealt with Sneak Attack Criticals.

Notes[]

  • Contrary to the description, the perk actually affects all Critical Hits instead of only sneak attacks.
  • The perk only affects critical hit damage, not critical chance.
  • Combining this perk with the Logan's Loophole trait Old World Blues (add-on), the Chemist regular perk, and the Day Tripper challenge perk increases Stealth Boy duration to a staggering 10 hours in-game (20 minutes real-time).

Behind the scenes[]

This perk is named after the Stealth Girl, an item in the canceled Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel 2. The Stealth Girl acted as a Stealth Boy but lasted three times as long.
