Steal the vertibird plans from the Shi is a quest in Fallout 2.
Objectives and walkthrough
After taking the quest, go to Badger and ask him to hack into the Shi's computer. The Chosen One can ask for a fuel transfer and a copy of the plans. After that, go to the hacker near the shuttle and tell him a porn star likes him. Then, ask for fuel, return to the ship and wait 24 hours, then talk to Badger again.
