The spectacles are a quest item in Fallout 2.
Characteristics
Spectacles of a simple design, with round lenses.
Location
The spectacles can be obtained from the Professor's radscorpion in Broken Hills. They can be handed to Renesco the Rocketman in New Reno for a discount or, after pestering him long enough, a Pip-Boy medical enhancer.
