That word clearly doesnt mean what you think it means.

"Competent" is the ability to do a job. When it comes to media and message control, Bethesda/Zenimax are ''extremely'' competent... If they were incompetent there would be leaks all over the shop... The only bit of the Zenimax organisation that seems to leak is ID.

Managing hype and expecations is a detailed job. You don't want to announce too early - people will get bored, and you eventually become a joke - plus you pull focus from your upcoming releases (like say, Skyrim and its DLC). You don't want to announce too late because then you get no hype.

I see no evidence of any incompetence from Bethesda here at all..

 As far as most fun perk, I love the Mister Sandman perk.  I just love cute little musical soundbite that plays everytime you kill a sleeping person.  The most useful, early on in the game I would say is Black Widow if you play a female character.  Otherwise I love Intense Training, Comprehension, Educated, and Finesse. I'm getting close to finishing the Bug charts, I've gotta finish the Items for Fallout 3 and New Vegas then cross check everything with the Bug verification category and make sure I have all the articles with bugs documented in the charts, then we can start taking the project template down off all completed pages. 	Once me and a brotherhood team were heading to the radio tower where wherner is we saw get this, supermutants,enclave,raiders and deathclaws in a fenced farm fighting so i got shorty(medic/packmule) to stay at the gate and gaurd so i took cross and charon and atacked the muties when a deathclaw pounced on a centar and killed it in a claw fury of death.It was geting too hot so i ran to the gate when shorty got hit in the back by a super slege held by a raider he went down and got back up i raised my gun to shoot when a deathclaw hit the raider then pounced on shorty shorty died.Me cross and charon ran the other way and got cut off by the enclave inferno troopers and a overlord so i chuncked a nade and boom three dead enclave then charon got hit by the deathclaw and went flying.So me and cross traped between a deathclaw and overlord when i saw a car by the fast runing deathclaw shot it with my gauss then boom!!!deathclaw chunks every where.so i saw the opening ran for it then when i got out cross got traped by the closing gate and got mauled by the overlord.She was gone...so was i.when i got back to megaton turns out i was stalked by aclaw and deputy weld raped it.		Once me and a brotherhood team were heading to the radio tower where wherner is we saw get this, supermutants,enclave,raiders and deathclaws in a fenced farm fighting so i got shorty(medic/packmule) to stay at the gate and gaurd so i took cross and charon and atacked the muties when a deathclaw pounced on a centar and killed it in a claw fury of death.It was geting too hot so i ran to the gate when shorty got hit in the back by a super slege held by a raider he went down and got back up i raised my gun to shoot when a deathclaw hit the raider then pounced on shorty shorty died.Me cross and charon ran the other way and got cut off by the enclave inferno troopers and a overlord so i chuncked a nade and boom three dead enclave then charon got hit by the deathclaw and went flying.So me and cross traped between a deathclaw and overlord when i saw a car by the fast runing deathclaw shot it with my gauss then boom!!!deathclaw chunks every where.so i saw the opening ran for it then when i got out cross got traped by the closing gate and got mauled by the overlord.She was gone...so was i.when i got back to megaton turns out i was stalked by aclaw and deputy weld raped it.

		+	First time i found a deathclaw in Fallout New Vegas i was thinking at the time i should leave them be, so i did. after i leveled up to about level 15 i got interested in the Unique Weapons in Fallout New Vegas and decided to get the Unique version of one of my favourite melee weapons, the Fire Axe. after i got Knock-Knock from the Searchlight Firestation, i decided to go mess around with it and so i went to Quarry Junction to test it against Deathclaws, killed nearly all of 'em in about 3-5 hits, then i got killed by the mother. 		+	Honestly i don't mind any of them, just have something like an Anti Material Rifle and a high sneak skill and no matter what ammo, it'll kill almost anything in one shot. Takes down Cazadores fairly well if you use Explosive Ammo, however when all else fails, use the Unique Fire Axe Knock-Knock, or if you don't have Knock-Knock, use a fully maintained Ballistic fist, both knock just about anything down fairly quickly. 	Cazadors, I can't f***ing stand those things. Easy enough to kill once you get decent weapons, but they inflict major damage and venom. Plus they usually found in groups.
