Some people in the wrong place at the wrong time is a scripted special encounter in Fallout 2. It will only appear after 30 August, 2241.

OverviewEdit

The player stumbles upon a confrontation. On the right side, two Enclave soldiers with advanced power armor and Frank Horrigan, the Enclave's secret service agent. On the left side, a farmer, his wife and son. The farmer rejects Frank Horrigan's demand, saying "I would rather what knowledge I have disappear with me into the grave", and after that quote, the farmer and his family are executed. They then wave the Chosen One away, saying "This is none of your affair". Afterwards they turn around and walk away.
