Softshell mirelurk meat is a food item found in Fallout 3. It can restore up to 30 Hit Points (36 HP with food sanitizer in the inventory), but also causes minor radiation poisoning (2 rads). Its high healing ability make it the most "healthy" food item in Fallout 3, however it is somewhat rare to find.

LocationsEdit

Softshell mirelurk meat can always be found on mirelurk kings and swamplurks, and occasionally on mirelurk hunters. On rare occasions, it can be found in mirelurk eggs.
