Characteristics
These rare, pre-War artifacts are widely considered to be useless baubles, but rumor has it that some collectors will pay handsomely for them. In the snow globe one can see a Vault Boy with a pilot hat and a leather jacket, over him is a bomber and behind the Vault Boy are two hangar-like structures.
Location
Nellis Air Force Base, on the corner table, under the mural, inside Pete's "museum" curve-roofed shack.
