The snake spear is a throwing and melee weapon in Fallout Tactics.
Characteristics
It is a wooden pole that has a hollow steel tip containing poison. The tip also has porcupine quills bundled, lightly splayed and exposed to some degree to poison, tied to it. This mass at one end creates a fairly heavy weapon for what it is, but has reasonable base damage on par with a normal spear but is not as reliable as the serrated blade. However, it makes up for this with an undetermined amount of poisoning damage. It can be used for standard melee attacks or as a thrown weapon for potentially more damage.
