Slocum's Joe Corporate HQ is located in Malden, north of Boston. Before the Great War the building was the headquarters for Slocum's Joe, a large coffee and donuts company.
Layout
The outdoor of this location consists of a 3-story building with the central portion collapsed, leaving the center visible all the way up to the sky, and making for a good ambush site. On the topmost level is a chemistry station and a container of loot.
There is also an adjacent single garage that contains a power armor station.
The interior of the location is accessible from the second floor. Slocum's Joe Offices is a small, two-room interior area, with 3-4 heavily armed raiders trying to crack an advanced safe.
