The Slo-Burn Flamer is a unique Flamer added in the Fallout 3 add-on Broken Steel.

The Slo-Burn Flamer can be found on the upper level of the south-eastern portion of Launch Platform Base inside the Enclave Mobile Platform during the Who Dares Wins quest. It is on a platform with Deathclaws that are in stasis fields.
- Like the Rapid-Torch Flamer, it benefits from the Pyromaniac perk.
- It has no warm up time and does 8 damage for 5 seconds after the initial hit.
- This weapon is incredibly wasteful on ammo, as a single slight burst consumes 3 flamer fuel. The Rapid Torch Flamer is much better in ammo efficiency and deals more damage when emptying a fuel tank.
- The Rapid-Torch Flamer and Slo-Burn flamers are misnomers, the Slo-Burn flamer eats through flamer fuel rapidly, whilst the Rapid-torch flamer goes through a fuel tank like a standard flamer. Slo-Burn could be referring to its damage-over-time effect, which is higher than any other fire weapon.
- The reason, presumably, for its high rate of ammo consumption is that it directs more unburned fuel onto the target, causing it to do more damage over time rather than all at once.
