Sleepytyme In-game spelling, punctuation and/or grammar is a weapon in the Fallout: New Vegas add-on Gun Runners' Arsenal .
Characteristics
The 10mm SMG has a proud history in the wasteland, and this Gun Runners' Arsenal variant continues that tradition of excellence. Its integrated suppressor makes it accurate and deathly quiet. Other modifications boost damage and slightly raise the rate of fire, making this a covert powerhouse.
The Sleepytyme is also considered an improved holdout weapon , making it the only automatic holdout weapon. This makes it a natural choice when working on the GRA challenge "Nyah! See? ", and is the only firearm that can be used for this challenge without turning all of the casino guards hostile.
Durability
Sleepytyme can fire a total of about 2495 standard rounds, the equivalent of 63 reloads, from full condition before breaking.

Notes
It is a valuable weapon for players who are skilled in Sneak , due to it being an improved holdout weapon . The fact that it is considered 'silent' makes it a great stealth weapon as enemies can possibly be killed without alerting anyone if 'hidden'.
It is the ONLY automatic holdout weapon available.
