The Slave Master is a character added to Fallout 3 in the add-on The Pitt. He is found at the entrance to The Pitt's Downtown (coming from the Bridge), overseeing the slaves working in the area in the year 2277.

[edit] Daily schedule
He over sees the slaves and occasionally he "motivates" the workers by shooting in their direction. If you decide to side with the slaves, the next time he tries to "motivate" them, a slave will pull out an Auto Axe and attack him, and watches over anything else that might be going on.

He'll yell at the PC if you stand around too much, or will shoot at you.
