[edit] Background

A weirdo who spends his time wandering aimlessly while uttering bizarre and nonsensical catchphrases near Harold's home in Old Town.

[edit] Interactions with the player character

Slappy can tell the Vault Dweller where the Deathclaw's lair was located, after talking to Harold of course. It turns out that the reason why Slappy has gone insane is that he was hanging around the deathclaw's lair. Slappy may, or may not have been from a caravan.

[edit] Inventory

Slappy appears to hold nothing in his pockets. His apparel is also unatainable.

[edit] Notes

  • When Slappy talks his nonsencical talk, he may at one time "lets play global thermonuclear war". This is infact a reference to the 1983 movie "WarGames", in which a teenager cracks a computer and plays "Global Thermonuclear War".
  • You are directed to Slappy after talking to Harold.
