The sim regen armor is an item cut from the Fallout 3 add-on, Operation Anchorage.

CharacteristicsEdit

It provides a Damage Resistance of 32 and a scripted effect which restores the wearer's health and repairs damaged limbs.

The sim regen armor was cut from the final version of the add-on and can only be obtained using console commands. It can also be found in TestPhil.
