BackgroundEdit

He is the owner of the memorabilia shop in the Cathedral. He doesn't tolerate thieves, asking such scoundrels to leave the Cathedral for good.

He doesn't deal with thieves, whom are not tolerated in his presence. If he catches the Vault Dweller stealing, he will take them to the Master, whom he refers to as the Holy Flame, for punishment.
