Scribe robe

Scribe robes are worn by Brotherhood of Steel Scribes. In Fallout 3 they are primarily found in the Citadel; in Fallout: New Vegas the scribes in the Brotherhood stronghold Hidden Valley bunker wear them.
Outcast scribe robe
The Outcast scribe robe looks exactly like the regular scribe robe, with the exception that it's black. The only character wearing this is Specialist Olin at the Outcast outpost in the Fallout 3 DLC Operation Anchorage.
