Scribes are staff of the Brotherhood of Steel at Lost Hills in 2161.

BackgroundEdit

The best and brightest of the Brotherhood, the Scribes dedicate their lives to researching pre-war, current and future technologies. Being more adept at intellectual rather than combat skills, they rarely if ever leave the confines of Lost Hills. While they study technologies with a variety of applications, they primarily (if not solely) focus on the battlefield use of these technologies, with many other sciences such as psychology being rejected. This causes some friction among the Scribes as only a small minority study these 'softer sciences'.
