Scoundrel is a Fallout 3 perk.

Take the Scoundrel perk, and you can use your wily charms to influence people - each rank raises your Speech and Barter skills by 5 points.

Additional dialogueEdit

This perk unlocks unique dialog options with certain characters.

Examples:

• During the Blood Ties quest, the player can extort 100 caps out of Lucy West after discovering the fate of her parents in Arefu.
• During the Blood Ties quest, the player can get the password to unlock the area where Ian West is located from Holly.
