Scavenger's note are two paper notes in Fallout 4.
Location
One note may be found on a dead scavenger inside a restroom on the first floor of Hubris Comics, the other in a random location on a dead scavenger.[verification needed] Only the random one is involved in the quest Treasure Hunt.
